Absolutly the best Asparagus!!!!! My Husband was thrilled and asked for it to put in the recipe box after his first bite. At first it seems like a lot to do, but it was quicker than frying most things. Will use again and again- thanks Paula!!!!!!!

This is the best beer batter I have ever tried. I LOVE it! I have made it with any kind of beer, but I really like it with the lime favored beer. It gives it a nice flavor.
