Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 avocado
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper

Directions

Pit and peel avocado. Place avocado in a medium bowl; mash. Fold in 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves; lime juice, garlic and salt; and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

I live in southern Texas with my family, and would not trade the southern lifestyle with anyone in this world, love the manners, the people, and especially the food. hay there. i watch your show ever chance i get and i visit your website alot, iv been to savannah once and saw your resterant and me and my family are going to go down there again this summer and we plan to go eat there i love the foods you make and so does my family. i cook all the time and i always use you as my imsperation it would be the greatest thing if i could meet you one day.
