Dear Paula, My husband is a diabetic type 2, can u please help me with some good food ideas. Do you have a book with recipes for diabetics yet? HELP! You look fantastic ! keep up the good work ! U r awesome! Thank You, Genevieve Dickinson

EVERYBODY always uses chicken. I am so allergic to poultry it could kill me if I take a bite. Same for chicken broth, oh, any poultry based broth. My perfect salad is the simple salad, throw in a handful of nuts, usually almonds or pecans with a simple honey mustard dressing. Add spinach when its fresh from my garden with a few slices of Zucchini and I am in heaven

This recipe was very good. I took it one step further and marinaded my chicken for an hour in sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. For some added flavor, toast up some cashews or peanuts and add it to the dish. VERY YUMMY!

I would like to try the Asian Chicken Salad but my husband is allergic to soy. What would you suggest as a substitute for the soy sauce?

By Sandra on February 16, 2012

This is now one of my favorite salads. I have given it to all of my friends. YUMMY!!!!

This is SO good. I could easily eat this 3 times a week. I stir fried my chicken in oil, and seasoned it with garlic powder, ginger and soy sauce.. I put this recipe on my wall on Facebook.
