This recipe was very good. I took it one step further and marinaded my chicken for an hour in sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper. For some added flavor, toast up some cashews or peanuts and add it to the dish. VERY YUMMY!

I would like to try the Asian Chicken Salad but my husband is allergic to soy. What would you suggest as a substitute for the soy sauce?

This is SO good. I could easily eat this 3 times a week. I stir fried my chicken in oil, and seasoned it with garlic powder, ginger and soy sauce.. I put this recipe on my wall on Facebook.
