Almond Broccoli Salad is over the top - better the 2nd day. We enjoy it at least once a week - it is a 'take to church winner'. Everybody wants the recipe. I subsitute dried cranberries for the raisins. Sooo Gooood!

I didn't think my other half would like this salad because he doesn't like raisins, doesn't eat mayo, in other words, he is a very fussy eater. He loved it, and ate 2 bowlfuls and wanted more. I couldn't believe it. It is so good. I used a dark honey because I didn't have enough light honey which gave it an interesting taste.

I cut up my bacon in little strips with a scissor before cooking it. Makes it easier for me. Also try dried cranberries.

I will lightly steam the broccoli too. Even a quick steam would make it better for me! Thanks Paula, you are the best!
