4 cup (8-ounces) shredded cabbage or prepared coleslaw mix
4 scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4 cup prepared coleslaw dressing
*Cook’s Note: If preparing cabbage, three suggested cabbage types are: napa, savoy and red.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss to coat.
