4 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoon sour cream
1/2 cup confectionary sugar
6 frozen mini tart shells
Whip cream (optional topping)
Mix eggs, lemon juice, sour cream, and confectionary sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add mixture to empty frozen tart shells. Bake in oven for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees. Top with whip cream. (optional)
