6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
pinch of dried oregano
2 garlic cloves minced
salt and pepper to taste
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together vinegar, parsley, lemon juice, basil, oregano and garlic. Add olive oil in a steady stream while whisking. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately over fresh greens.
