Fruit Butter


Ingredients:
  • 1  cup  sugar
  • 1  cup  water
  • 2  cup  desired fruit (fresh, frozen or dried)
Directions:

Boil sugar and water together to make a simple syrup. Add your favorite fruit and cook until desired thickness, 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Yield: about 2 cups fruit butter
Cook time: 30 minutes - 1 hour
Ease of preparation: easy
