Ingredients

  • 2 avocados, scooped into a bowl
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 large tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • Paula Deen Hot Sauce, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In the bowl of food processor, add the avocados, lemon juice and cream cheese; pulse until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into a medium bowl and fold in chopped spinach, finely chopped tomato and chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

NUTRITION (PER SERVING): 200 calories, 16g fat

This was an inst

This was an instant hit with all of my friends. One thing I added was grated cheese but stuck to the recipe for everything else. This is a must make for any party or get together!!

This is really good and easy. I used fresh spinach and it came out great. I like this because it doesn't turn dark. Keeps for a few days.
