I didn’t used to always care so much about what I ate. But when I hit 30 years old, I knew that I didn’t feel as great as I could. So I decided to start taking better care of myself. Taking a stronger interest in my diet and exercising became of greater importance to me – and you know what? It paid off!
Today I’m 43 years old, and I feel better than I ever have before. In fact, eating good foods that are good for you and exercising regularly has become such an important part of my life that I can’t imagine doing anything else. It’s easy and fun!
A lot of folks I speak to are scared of eating good, healthy foods. They say the ingredients intimidate them, or they don’t have time.
