Though summer is typically viewed as a time for relaxing in the sun, most of us are always on the go- traipsing here and there to block parties, rushing the kids to and from summer camp, and packing the minivan for road trips to Disney World, who has time to think about what’s for dinner?
With the heat already on the rise, the last thing you should sweat is mealtime. You can save some time and your sanity this summer with easy no- and low-cook recipes featuring our sunny season star: the spiral ham! Now I know what you must be thinking, Christmas in July, right? Our friends at Smithfield Foods have made a handy book, called the Summer Spiral Idea Book. It has 30 different recipes for all our meals. Plus it is printable with great looking pictures.
