OMG Paula you ha

OMG Paula you have really outdone yourself with this bread. It is absolutely the best I have ever tasted. LOVE, LOVE!!!!!!!! I couldn't find any pineapple extract so I used almond. It was delicious. I will continue looking for the pineapple extract so I can use it the next time. I recommend wrapping this bread and letting it sit overnight so it will be even moister the next day.

OMG...I just did

OMG...I just did this recipe today and my husband said it was the best bread recipe he had eaten in all his entire life (he's 68 years old). I have to say for myself I thought it was delicious and I am not the best cook. I didn't change a thing, for except I substituted 1/2 of the sugar for splenda. This is a keeper for me. Thank you Paula!!!
