  • 1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 5 dates, pitted
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk, (up to 2 cups)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • strawberries, (or raspberries) for garnish


Step 1

Add oats, cashews, dates and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to a food processor. Pulse until blended together.

Step 2

Start adding almond milk 1/2 cup at a time depending on how thin you like your oatmeal. Add more almond milk if you desire. Serve with fresh berries.
