Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ice, to taste (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.

NUTRITION (PER SERVING): 158 calories, 1g fat
