Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup low fat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cut into chunks banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • to taste (optional) ice

Directions

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 1 minute until smooth.
