While many of us love cooking for friends and family, there are a lot of people out there who ask for recipes for two or for one. Of course, while we can always eat what we want and freeze the rest for later, sometimes we want to just make exactly how much we want.
Down south, barbecue is a way of life year-round, but in our humble opinion, there’s no better time than summertime for good barbecue. It seems to go hand-in-hand with summer picnics, potlucks, and cookouts. BBQ chicken, ribs, pulled pork—we’ll take it any way we can get it!
