I cannot wait to try your recipe. I thought I would surprise my husband tonight with this Peach Cobbler. I'm sure he will enjoy it!Also I wanted to tell you that I miss your cooking program. I use to watch you everyday and I was so sad when your show went off the air. I thought it was so unfair what happened to you. After all it happened years ago and why they would bring this up at this time in your career is just not fair. I have heard alot worst on tv, and why they would pick on you is just terrible. Love the many food books I have Not or will I watch HGTV since you were taken off the show. I was under the impression of the 1st Amendment was a freedom in this country. Was my service in the Marine Corps for nothing. You know we all say things through our lives that someone will find offense in one way or another. Paula, it's that time of the year whe we go to Apple Annies to pick our own peaches, vegetables. We have so much fun. We freeze most all so that we can have good things all year.I just made a cobbbler using the " old fashtion receipe that I got from you.One of the "best" so my husband said. THANKS, PAULA

I have a similar recipe, but I use canned peaches. I have also used nectarines with great results. Sometimes peaches are too soft to work with. Nectarines will fill the bill.

This cobbler looks delicious...and it was SO good to see you on the video! I've been going through withdrawal not being able to see you on the Food Network...I'm SO angry with them! Thanks Paula for wonderful peach receipt. Picking my peaches tomorrow and will serve cobbler Sunday. Miss you so much. I still think it is all about being a grandmother.
