Love ya Paula! For viewers unable to write down the simple recipe from watching this short video, I've tried to break it down for you.
1.Oven set at 400 degrees
2. Break 2 eggs into shallow dish and whisk.
3. Mix together 2 pkgs dry French Onion soup and about 1/2 c breadcrumbs
4. Salt & pepper both sides of the chops
5. Dip chops in whisked eggs
6. Coat both sides of chops with dry mixture (bread crumbs & soup mix)
7. After placing on baking sheet, Bake 10 minutes and then turn chops over.
8. Bake 10 minutes more. Remove from baking sheet and place on dinner plates.

I gave this a 1 because there is no hard copy to go with the video. I cannot follow the video while I am trying to cook. I cook often and use recipes on many occasions. This would be a great meal for our family so please put a hard copy of the things needed and how much of each one under the video.

Video was nice but why isn't there a printed recipe to follow in case you want to make it next week or next month and not right this minute?

Looks great-going to try them tonight. Your vacation home looks great but we are retired coal miner so we will probley never have the chance to ever come out there-Mitch Pennell has told us all about you and your family-he grew up here in Pittsburg, and his folks was good friends. You have a GREAT CHRISTMAS AND A NEW YEAR. GOD BLESS.

This is my kind of dish. I grow so weary of trying to figure out what to prepare for my husband. Fortunately, he is not hard to please and I think he would love this. I'm going to find out next week. Thanks for sharing!

Mmmmmmmmm- these are delicious!! Also, it is a great recipe for two people! Paula, I don't know if you will see this or not, but I just want to tell you, I see your pictures and ads at various places and I am so glad you aren't with that "other network". I am so surprised at the poor programming they have on TV. You got out at the right time. Everyone I talked to says they do not watch it anymore. You go girl! By the way, you look great!
By Carolyn Wells on December 06, 2013
