1/4 to 1/2 cup wine
1/4 to 1/2 cup sparkling water
lemon to garnish
Pour wine into ice filled glass, top off with sparkling water garnish with lemon.

Dip any type of fish in French Dressing...then roll in crush cheese cracker crumbs ( CHEESE It's or Cheese Nips) preheat oven to 350...spray pan with Pam. Place fish on pan then bake until golden brown. I was taught this recipe in high school..in food service class. I STIIL use it to this day. Enjoy. Oh my Teacher's name was Miss Wise.
