Hi Paula and staff, I just tried your recipe this evening as my family loves when I make chicken fingers. I wanted to follow the recipe to a tee, so rather than improvising on anything, I used all the ingredients and measured everything precisely. However, I found that the Paula Deen's House Seasoning to be overly salty, thus distracting me from the flavour of the chicken fingers. Are you sure that the proportions are correct? I never use more salt than pepper so maybe my taste buds aren't accustomed to that much salt. I asked my family how they liked it, and although they love chicken fingers, we would never use that much salt again. My regrets for sending this as I don't like to comment in a negative way. I always like to try out chicken finger recipes, but next time I will go with my gut instinct and not use that much salt. Take Care, all the best, Terri.

We watched Dr. Oz when he had Paula Deen on his show in October. She made chicken and placed it in the oven. I did not get the entire recipe. Is there a way we can get that recipe. We have limited fried foods (as much as we can) and this looked relly good and easy. Thank you

In the L & S Chicken Fingers recipe, the ingredients call for lemon juice in the honey mustard sauce, but in the directions, it says orange juice. Which is correct? Thanks

The correct Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce recipe is: 3/4 cup mayonnaise 3 tablespoons honey 2 tablespoons yellow mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice or juice from 1/2 lemon Horseradish, to taste 2 tablespoons orange juice (more or less as needed) Below is the link to the correct recipe. http://www.pauladeen.com/recipes/recipe_view/honey_mustard_dipping_sauce/ HOPE THIS HELPS!!! =D

There is a mistake in this recipe. You mention juice from 1/2 orange to thin out the Honey Mustard dressing in your directions but you do not have this in the ingredients. You have "1 Tablespoon of lemon juice or juice from 1/2 a lemon". I think that should read "juice from 1/2 orange".
