Alisa, those are not the name of name brands. She is just suggesting a cute name for each ingredient, something to make it sound magical since the dessert is called sweet dreams. Or you can call the ingredients those names if you are cooking with kids ( ex grains of sugar are princess diamonds)

watch everyday, first time i fixed your cake mix and icing, thought i died and went to heaven. however,i purchased your summer glasses with hand painted flowers and pitcher to match, all the flowers fell off, the pitcher is fine, but having to pay 8.99 per glass ( total 8) i would of liked them to last longer never before paid this much for a product, but i loved the look of them. keep on cooking

So I have made this fudge in the past or one similar to it. and always ended up with sugar crystals in it. Stirred it followed the directions every time had a couple of crunchy spots in my fudge. followed the recipe of yours and perfect. Going to try the cheese one too.

Love your recipes. So does my family. When I was a young girl, my best friend's mother always baked a devil's food cake for me with marshmallow icing. She used the whipped marshmallow cream in a jar, but I loved that cake. The icing would get a little crunchy after it sat for awhile. I cannot find out how to make that icing. I get recipes for vanilla icing, but that isn't it. Do you have it?? Thank you.

What a treat to see this receipe like my mom's exact. Tomorrow we gather to make the Christmas fudge's and Buckeye candy since I am in Ohio and all those family toda's we do for the up coming holiday. You are so much like my family. I gain weight just watching your show and reading the magazine and your cookbooks. Thank you for my teary eyed memories you bring out in me each day and those big smiles and warm laughs we all gain from the joy of you and your family each day. Tomorrow I will brag of this receipe that Paula Deen makes fudge just like my momma. Smile Tina Mae Aldrige, Marion, Ohio.
