Snow Peas with Grand Marnier

Ingredients Add to grocery list

1 cup water
1 teaspoon sugar
3   (10-ounce) packages frozen snow peas
1   (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/4 cup Grand Marnier
5 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon chopped fresh mint, or 1 1/2 tablespoons dried mint
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add the sugar. Drop in the snow peas and cook until barely tender, drain, and return to pan. Add the water chestnuts, Grand Marnier, butter, mint, and salt. Cook over medium-low heat until heated through.
