Roast at 400 degrees, that works well and what most roasted sprouts recipes call for as the temperature. This is an awesome recipe. I don't usually really like sprouts but everyone including myself took 2nds. Making it again for Easter.

I and my husband are soooo excited to try this recipe. I am professionally trained (Johnson & Wales), but for the life of me, I cannot find the roasting temp for this recipe! I am going to make this tonight and use 350 for the temp. For such an easy recipe, I would love to share/pass on to my kids and grandkids... just a thought! This recipe was part of the calendar my sister gave me for this past christmas...

I would like to try the brussel sprouts roasted with pecans and bacon. No temperature is given to roast the sprouts.

The whole dish was overpowered by the rosemary. It's a good idea, and maybe next time I'll try it without it.

I never roasted veggies before, but I'm going to make these at least once a week!! I forgot the pork bacon-so had to use Turkey, but I don't think I'm missing too much. These are AWESOME.
