Difficulty: Easy
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 banana
1/4 cup ice cubes
2 teaspoons honey, optional
pineapple wedges, for garnish
In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, coconut milk, banana, ice and, if desired, honey. Puree until smooth. Pour into 2 large glasses. Garnish each serving with a pineapple wedge.

The Recipes that i have seen so far I can't wait to try then 1 day soon. Right now the main dish is Turkey or Ham for the Holidays,but If it was left to me i would eat just plain old Yard Bird Lol..(Chicken)but we will see what I might have this year. You know what I might just have and I think it might just work a Roast with all the trimming, now that will work.. Holla Lol

Hi Paula, this was my first winter in NC not knowing anyone is was lonely. But at 6:00 pm I knew I could put on the TV and watch your show.
