1/4 cup peanut butter
2 cups orange-pineapple juice, heated
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
Salt
Place peanut butter and 1/4 cup of the orange-pineapple juice in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Add the rest of the juice and all remaining ingredients and whisk together. Serve as a sauce, dip, or salad dressing.
