Recipe Courtesy of Paula Deen Prep Time: 20 min
Difficulty: Easy
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup honey
2 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes
1 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix peanut butter, honey, and milk together in a large bowl to form very thick mixture. Roll mixture in small balls about the size of a walnut. Roll the balls in either the crushed cornflakes, finely chopped nuts, or powdered sugar. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Thank you for sharing this one. I used to eat these as a child and have for this recipe for years! I roll mine in crushed cornflakes and peanuts. Brings back some wonderful childhood memories.

This recipe reminded me of something simular to what I made when I was young in 4-h ,But I had lost the recipe. It used quaker oats instead of cornflakes.It is so wonderful when memories of my childhood days are something I can share with my girls. Thanks Anissa Thompson

Hi Paula,my sister & I watch your show all the time.We are 2 of a set of triplets,2 girls &a boy.We turn 60 last year.Our brother passed away in 2005.Sherry &I are just alike,Our brother Gary,was not anything like uus.We have had a long hard life,but we have had lots of fun.Sherry &I can finish each others sentence,we live together.Sherry just finished one of your books,I just started it.I love 2 cook.Sherry has lots of health promblems,so I take care of her.Wouldn't have it anyother way.We both have kids,no triplet Thank God,but several sets of twins.I really want to get a set of your cookware,but it is not in my cards to get it just yet. go to Wal-Mart and just try to figure out if I will have the money this time or if I can do without my meds this month. I am on a very limited income,disable,and cant hear very well or see,Iam slowly going blind.but Iknow the good Lord,Jesus Christ will see me threw the good and bad times.Your story has showed me all things are within our reach,so I will Just keep praying, my dream is to one day meet you and just hug you. you are the one person I can look-up to. I have made these since I was a little girl, 25 years ago. I was so excited to see Paula making these on TV one day. I love them rolled in Corn Flakes. I think they are a great protien packed sweet treat. Thanks Paula!
