A bone in roast will cook faster than a boneless roast because the bone conducts heat.

Mrs. Hoggle’s Stuffed Cranberry Sauce

This unexpected take on jellied cranberries will jazz up your holiday table, but it also works with regular meals.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1   8-ounce cream cheese, softened
1   16-ounce jellied cranberry sauce, chilled
1/4 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

Mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy.  It needs to be spreadable.  Add pecans and mix well.  Slice cranberry sauce in 1/4 inch rounds and spread cream cheese mixture on one round and place another round on top, sandwich style.  Keep in fridge until time to serve.

A friend brought this to a New Year's Eve gathering and I could not stop eating it. Delicious! A unique recipe that I will make often.
