Honey Butter

Ingredients:

1 stick butter, softened
1/3 to 1/2 cup honey
Shredded orange zest
Mixed nuts

Mix a stick of butter with honey in a medium sized bowl. Add orange zest and mixed nuts, to taste. Mix again and serve.

add philadelphia crem cheese 3 ounces and only use 1/2 stick butter for toast or bagels
