Ingredients Add to grocery list

2 Potatoes, thinly sliced
peanut oil
salt, to taste

Directions

In a large saucepan, heat oil to 350 degrees. Add potato slices in batches and heat to 375. Fry until light golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Drain on paper towels, season and serve.

I love your recipies. My question is can I use soy butter instead of peanut butter in them. My daughter has a very bad allergy to peanuts and all tree nuts. So it makes it had makeing candies and cookies at Christmas,which we love to do. Thanks for any ideas you can give.
