1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1   egg
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/8 cup honey
2/3 cup vegetable oil

Glaze:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon milk

I haven't made these yet, but they sure sound good!! What I don't get is this; The picture shows the glaze poured over the bars individually after they were cut....The directions say to pour the glaze over the cake, spread with a spatula, then cut into bars.....The photo looks wonderful...that's why I stopped and read the recipe...Can I take from this that you can do it either way?

Paula Deen is soooooo sweet. Love to watch the show. She makes you feel like you are there. She's so homey and the show is so casual, and how pretty. I bet growing up with her was wonderful. I love to cook and bake but I like watching for something new or I add something to make it new. Anyway, it is a pleasure. Thanks, Cindi
