This mini burgers recipe looks packed full of wonderful flavors. I think I would be interested in trying it as a new way of doing burgers. However, I don't know if I would put the mashed potatoes on or not. Still thinking about that one. That bbq sauce sounds absolutely delicious on any type of burger. BTW--Paula-I just love watching your cooking shows. Thank you!

Gentlemen's Joe Sandwichs I have yet to make these sandwichs as have to wait for a crowd to cook for. After reviewing the recipe, I thought a scoop of nice cold coleslaw would taste nice a top this great sounding sandwich. A nice mixture of cool and hot, many textures and a great mixture of flavors. If you are going for a fast meal buy your favorite ready made, or make your own the day before. Can't wait to try it. Whole meal in a bun. Just have to find the right one. Hearty, large, warm and crisp. Thanks, Patti

Anthony, I could not help but notice your message to the “Duke Fans”.  We use to say to the “State Fans” the following: “You can’t get to heaven in a red canoe, ‘cause God made the sky Carolina Blue”.  I thought you might enjoy that one!
