Ingredients:

1 whole fresh ham (uncured), 10 to 15 pounds
Soy sauce
Paula Deen House Seasoning

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Rub ham well with soy sauce and then thoroughly coat with House Seasoning making sure to cover all surfaces. Sprinkle seasonings liberally until the ham is completely covered (don’t worry about over-seasoning). Place uncovered in the oven for 18 to 20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F on a meat thermometer. When done, let the ham rest for a few minutes before slicing.

I made this ham a few years ago when the recipe was featured on Paula's Home Cooking. I failed to print the recipe, but remembered the preparation process. I couldn't remember the oven temp or time for baking, so I just Googled Paula Deen and pork. I'm glad I found this website and this recipe so I'll have the opportunity to finally print it for keeps. By the way, we're having this ham (as well as chitterlings) for Thanksgiving instead of a turkey. This is much better. ;)
