Recipe Courtesy of Paula DeenServings: 12 rolls
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 15 min
Difficulty: Easy
2 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon sugar
4 heaping tablespoons mayonnaise
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together flour and milk. Add sugar and mayonnaise. Bake in slightly greased muffin tins for 12 to 15 minutes or until brown.
I like this recipe because it is so easy , and it works . ! I have not found but one other bread recipe besides this one that actually works. ! I used the baking powder beacuse I did not have but regular flour like it said in the reviews column . I also substituted the flour for bread flour and I like it better .

I'd tried a similar recipe before (not a Paula recipe) and wasn't impressed, but it didn't call for sugar. The sugar makes all the difference in the taste. My family loves these.
