Ingredients Add to grocery list

1   loaf French bread, cubed
peanut oil, for frying
dash dried parsley
dash parmesan cheese
dash Paula Deen’s House Seasoning

Directions

Allow bread cubes to sit overnight to become stale.

Heat oil to 350 degrees. Add bread cubes and fry, stirring constantly. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Season and serve with your favorite soup.

TOO Greasy, and they taste stale. I even tried it with fresh bread, it still taste stale. Why not bake them instead with butter.
