Interesting way to use leftover Collard Greens! I was alittle leary when making the pizza, I tend to "taste" sauces and stuff before cooking and the sauce "uncooked" had an unusual tang to it. One thing to definitely do next time, don't use store bought prepared thin crust pizza dough! The sauce was very runny and a good bit of it run off the crust. Will try a deep dish pizza dough next time, and yes, I got another "Redo" from the hubby! He liked it alot, in fact, 2 pieces went to work today for his lunch!
