What is "softened cheese product"? Anyone know?
By Erika on January 08, 2012
Can you please tell me what a 'softened cheese product' is? Velveeta? Cheeze Whiz? Or is it a cheese of our choice that has been 'softened' by warming/melting...... Thanks.

Absolutely none left after my family got ahold of it. I actually caught my extremely picky eating 3 year old son at the table wiping the bottom of the bowl with his finger trying to get some more of it after it was gone!

I tried this recipe last week and it was a hit with everyone including the children who did not like brocolli. The veggies were a bit soft so I will leave them raw and bake a little longer. I am trying it again today, but I am including cauliflower and carrots. This is a great way to get the children to eat their veggies.

My 11 year old daughter loves broccoli! She chose and made this for T-giving. It was a hit! It will be appearing at our table again soon.

This dish is rich and delicious. If you're not a big fan of cheese, go light on the cheddar. The hardest part of the recipe is prepping the fresh broccoli, but don't let that deter you from trying it!
