A bone in roast will cook faster than a boneless roast because the bone conducts heat.

1 teaspoon Paula Deen’s Seasoned Salt
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1   medium bell pepper, chopped
1   medium onion, chopped

Made this the other night, but decided to flatten it out on wax paper, add a layer of cheese and then roll up---Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf. One of the greatest ideas I've ever had--soo good!!

This is a great meat loaf! This online recipe varies slightly from the "Savannah Country Cook Book". The cook book calls for 2 tsp of House Seasoning and 1 cup of sour cream. Also, the cook book has it baked at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes. I use the cook book version.

This is one of my favorites when I eat at your buffet at Harrah's. So I decided to make it myself and couldn't believe that it turned out so good. My husband loved it too.
