This is a huge favorite at my house. Very substitute friendly, too. If I have different cheese, more of one, less of another, more mayo, less cream cheese... it's always delicious. I haven't bought pimento spread at the store since discovering this recipe... and I never will again. Five stars!!!

Hi Paula!! I was wondering if I could get the nutritional info on the Pimiento Cheese recipe? I would love to make it but would probably have to rework it to fit Weight Watchers. Thank you soooooo much, Kathy

This has become my pimento cheese recipe. Whenever I bring it somewhere, people go crazy over it. I've made it so many times, I've got the recipe memorized. ![]()

Nothing to write home about. Kind of boring & needs a lot of oomph!

I have been making this recipe ever since I found it in Paula's cookbook. It is so good and easy to make. It is a great crowd pleaser. You can make it in no time at all and it has a wonderful taste. It goes great with tomato soup too.

I got this recipe from one of Paula's cookbooks. I can't count the number of times I have made this pimento cheese. It is just so delicious and easy too. A hard working woman can't go wrong. You can also add a dash or two of hot sauce for a little added zip.

Our local cafe serves AWESOME pimento cheese, so I decided to search out the recipe (or one similar). I came across this recipe, and I honestly think this one is BETTER than the cafe's. It is delicious! We made hamburgers and put this on top......AMAZING!!
