A bone in roast will cook faster than a boneless roast because the bone conducts heat.

Our local cafe serves AWESOME pimento cheese, so I decided to search out the recipe (or one similar). I came across this recipe, and I honestly think this one is BETTER than the cafe's. It is delicious! We made hamburgers and put this on top......AMAZING!!

Excellent pimento cheese! Anything cheese I'm there and this will be the one I come back to over and over! For a little something extra I added 1/8 t. of cayenne pepper to give it that little bang! Delicious!

I really didn't care for Pimento Cheese. It was something I could take or leave, nothing special......Until I made this recipe! I couldn't believe how much flavor this had and it was not as salty as the store bought kind. I even made a grilled Pimento Cheese sandwich with a slice of ripe tomato and it was delicious. Thanks Bobby for sharing. Linda Gail Smith

This is the BEST pimento cheese recipe I've tried. The only things I did differently: I didn't have any House Seasoning so I used seasoned salt, and I used 2 tbsp. pimento and 2 tbsp. chopped roasted red pepper (because I ran out of pimentos).
