As a Southern California born and raised, transplanted to Pennsylvania mom, with the heart of a true Southern Belle, I have to say all of your recipes are amazing! Having learned to cook "southern" food from my mother in law, I am so happy to have your wonderful recipes to add to my collection and all with my favorite ingredient, BUTTER!!! In this health obsessed world in which we live it is so nice to have actual down home, back-in-the-day comfort food recipes from you-thank you! This recipe is awesome and I have added a strip of thick sliced bacon around the burger to give it an added pop of flavor, the bacon and blue cheese taste wonderful together!
