1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon apple cider
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.

Paula, I have enjoyed your enthusiasm and whit for many years...not to mention the great food. Maybe you can help though I did try to find it on your website. I want to serve an OLD family favorite my mother use to fix and now that I am in my golden years, have forgotten the receipe. It should be simple enough but I just cant recreate it. It's a white sauce...not fancy...that you put over steamed cauliflower. I haven't even been able to find packet in grocery store. Not Hollandaise, not a gravy, just flower, salt, pepper and ??? I just can't get it. Hope you can help and I pray your holidays are blessed. Thank you so much for your time. Dorothy
