Difficulty: Easy
1 cup onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can pimento, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1 15 oz can small English Peas
1 15 oz can French cut green beans
Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup oil
Drain the two cans of green beans, and combine all ingredients in small pot. Bring to a boil and set aside to cool.
Dressing:
Mix all ingredients, and add to liquid. Let set in the refrigerator overnight. Can be kept up to 2 weeks.
