I have prepared this recipe many times for special occasions and it is always very good. The pork is not dried out and is very moist.

This recipe is fantastic! I used a roasting oven instead of the regular oven... got to use it for something other than the turkey once a year... LOL. I made 2 pork roasts at one time in hopes of freezing some for later. My family loved it so much I had a hard time just getting enough pork for dinner. Thank you Paula Deen!!!

I have never cooked a roast that came out this tender and flavorful. I have made this several times and it is a HUGE hit with family, friends and my picky kids. My all time favorite!

5***! So fabulous! Even my picky eater, my 19 year old son, absolutely loved it - he ate it while it was cooking - it was THAT GOOD! Definitely, a keeper! Thank you, Paula!

Fabulous, 5+++! This is a keeper!!! My 19 year old son, who is a very picky eater, kept eating eating on this as it was cooking - he said it was AMAZING! We doubled the recipe for an 8 lb. pork roast, left out the cayenne (because we do not like spicy, hot food), left off 1 Tbsp. pepper, but left in the paprika - it was WONDERFUL!! You will not want to miss this one! Fabulous! Debbie Collinge

This is SO good and SO easy! My boyfriend was a little nervous because the apple cider vinegar smelled really strong when I put the recipe together but when he took that first bite, he fell in love! HE ATE 3 SANDWICHES!!! Thanks Paula!

Yummy!! Made this recipe several times, has become a family favorite! I put the dry rub on overnight for extra zip and cook all day in the crockpot. Homemade coleslaw is a must on the sandwich and extra BBQ sauce. Paula, this recipe rocks!!

So easy, and soooooo good! I thought I'd have leftovers for the week, but we only got 2 meals out of it because my son loved it so much. Next time, I'll make at least double the amount.
