This recipe turned into a spread swimming in grease when I baked it. Is the recipe missing an ingredient? I followed it to a tee and it was awful.

The easiest and the best recipe to fix for any occasion! Always end up with an empty dish... every time!

I used colby jack and it was so greasy!! I had to soak up the excess grease before serving then keep stirring it because the grease would collect when it would sit. Aside from that, it was good but I felt like it needed a stronger flavor in there. Convenient to make - usually have all the ingredients in the house.

This is a great recipe! I saw Paula make this on television, and she said not to substitute cheddar for the colby or colby-jack because cheddar makes the dip too oily. She is absolutely right. Like the other raters, my dish always comes home empty! Thanks, Paula!

I made this for a going away party at work. The only negative thing I heard was "why didn't you make more?" I had doubled the recipe and there still wasn't enough!

Absolutely the best and easiest appetizer to make! The dish will come back empty every time! Can make this with Colby/Jack mix or even Swiss. Excellent every time!
