I made these as mini's for a picnic that I will be attending (easier to eat, and less waste when there are children also partaking). My baking time was 15mins (which is typical for the minis). However, shouldn't the recipe for the frosting be 2 lbs of confectioners sugar? I started with the 2 cups, and it was very runny and separating due to the milk and lemon addition. Once I got it to the 2 lbs, it was the perfect consistancy, texture, and flavor.
