Love the dip. I only have one question. Every time I make it, its very oily...any suggestions on how to reduce the oil? I have to blot it when it first comes out to get rid of some of the oil but once we start eating it, its becomes a lot

Paula: I watched you make those great lemon blossoms on TV, and so, I decided to make them and took them to the office for everyone to enjoy. Now for the artichoke dip! You're the best!

I watched the video Paula did on Food Network for this recipe. Paula uses 2 cups of mayonaise instead of 1 cup mayonaise. I noticed another person added 1 cup of sour cream to the recipe above so that it was not so dry. I haven't made this yet but either way I think an extra cup of mayo or the 1 cup of sour cream may need to be added to the above recipe to make this a great dip. Thanks for all the great recipes Paula! I'm a forever fan!!!

I made this dip following this recipe. I then watched Paula make this dip and she added a cup of sour cream which was not an ingredient listed on this recipe. I loved the dip, but, it was dry and had to add milk when I reheated. Now I understand why, I added no sour cream. Please update this recipe with the inclusion of the sour cream.
