Lucille's Peach Honey Recipe by Paula Deen

  • 24 peaches, with skins
  • 2 large oranges, with rind
  • 2 large lemons, with rind
  • 16 cups sugar
  • 30 pint canning jars


In a food processor or blender puree lemons and oranges until smooth. Add peaches to citrus mixture and puree until smooth. In a large saucepan combine the fruit mixture with sugar. Cook to a slow boil until thick. While still hot, fill canning jars leaving 1/4"€ head room and process in a water bath.
