Does anyone know how far in advance I can make Christmas candies and cookies? The cookie recipes gave instructions for freezing the dough (which I did) but not sure how to wrap them up for freezing after baking.
I don’t know about the candies…they are peanut butter cups and these truffles that call for candy coating (no need for tempering) & chocolate. I just am not sure how long they will stay good. Oh and fudge (went for the easy fudge making kit).
Cookies don’t last long in my house so I never have any around after a few days
so I’ve never needed to freeze or refrigerate.
