A few weeks ago I made Mofongo, is mashed up fried plaintains with garlic, pork fat or olive oil, I love Mofongo! so, I tried to come up with a burger! It sounds crazy but I went ahead and did it, I have never heard of a Mofongo burger lol or my family or friends, they think I’m crazy, but they tried it and they love it, so I think I came up with the most delicious puertorican style burger!
Um, lol the recipe is top secret lol Ill share it soon though, Im planning something with this creation.
