Hi everybody. Just need some advise on going to some cooking classes possibly at a local junior college or possibly on line. Not sure what to do. I wish I could just go follow paula around the kitchen for a few weeks for lessons and much needed girl talk after the horrible year Ive had. I feel like getting out there and finally doing something for me that I am passionate about will help me tremendously. And in turn help me to help others. I feel like its now or never.  I dont have any desire to cook food for a living. I just love to cook for my family and friends. Mega celebrations in this family every month and many times a month.  So any ideas? has any of you gals gone this route before?  Sure would appreciate the comments…..Thanks Yall XOXOXOXO

Sometimes, we all need to do something for ourselves. I’ve always wanted to go to one of the Southern Living Cooking Seminars.Wish I didn’t live at the end of the earth. It would make attending something like that a lot more accessible. But yeah, if I could go to any of them that would be one. Beside watching Paula do her thang. Now that would be pure heaven.

Where do you live?  Williams Sonoma offers cooking classes.  If you live anywhere near Charleston, I highly recommend Charleston Cooks - I LOVE their classes.
Also - a lot of community schools in education programs offer some cooking classes - my husband and I are doing an Asian Noodles class in a couple of weeks.
