I good idea is to run your kitchen like a french kitchen and reuse what you can. Have left over roasted chicken? make chicken soup. Leftover porkchops? How about pork fried rice with veggies? The combinations are endless and only limited by your imagination and pantry/fridge leftovers.And while you are at it…..for those of you that are growing your own veggies (kudos to you all ) don’t forget to keep those scraps from your vegetable prep and start a compost pile. Makes good dirt to add to your garden!!!!!and it’s free.
